Message from Principal Minnick

My name is Dr. Michael Minnick and it is my privilege to serve this community as the principal of the Indiana Junior High School.  As a school leader, I consider my #1 most worthwhile work being that of the facilitator of a safe school environment for all students and stakeholders.  A very close #2 is the work we are called to do in the name of teaching and learning.  To me, the importance of providing our children with timely, engaging, and relevant learning experiences is the most important work one can choose, next to parenting.  It is important for me to express how much I truly care about all of the people we are called to serve.  Beginning with our students, we strive to inspire every student to find their individual strength and passion so that they are inspired, prepared, and supported to pursue their dreams.  I want to express my appreciation for our families, community members, and the dynamic team we have at the Junior High School. Our partnership and commitment to our students’ future will carry us as we continue to rise above every challenge and continue to evolve as an education system.  I look forward to meeting and working with you as we share the journey of preparing our children for the future!
