COVID-19 Update - Ben Franklin Elementary The District was notified that a student-teacher at Ben Franklin Elementary has tested positive for COVID-19. There are no additional students or staff needing to be quarantined as a result of this case. This positive case WILL be counted towards the rolling 14-day count.
Change in Instructional Model for Students in Grades 7-12 On Monday, March 22, 2021, the IASD Board of Directors voted to increase the amount of in-person instruction students receive in grades 7-12 from the current 2 days a week to 4 days.
PSSA and Keystone Testing Schedules and Updates With all of the changes taking place, and with a lot of media coverage of the situation, we wanted to take a minute to officially update you on the IASD plan to implement state testing (PSSAs and Keystone Exams) this Spring.
COVID-19 Update - High School The District was notified that an employee at the high school has tested positive for COVID-19. No additional students or staff will need to be quarantined, as the employee was not in the building during his/her contagious period
IASD Spectators at Spring Sports We are happy to announce that we will be able to allow spectators at all Spring Sporting events.
