Dear Families,
The District was notified of forty-two (42) positive cases of COVID-19: six (5) at the Indiana Area Junior High School, three (3) at Eisenhower Elementary, four (4) at Horace Mann Elementary, twenty-four (24) at the Senior High and five (5) at Ben Franklin Elementary. All forty-two (42) cases will be attributed to the District’s 14-day rolling average. The Department of Health (DOH) worked with the school nurses and administration and concluded that zero (0) additional students/staff members are required to be quarantined. Any questions regarding quarantines should be directed to the Department of Health at 1-877-PA-HEALTH (1-877-724-3258).
I want to personally thank you all again for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work through this pandemic.
