Dear Families,
The District was notified of twenty-seven (27) positive cases of COVID-19: four (4) at Horace Mann Elementary, seven (7) at the Indiana Area Junior High School, two at Eisenhower Elementary, four (4) at Ben Franklin Elementary, four (4) at East Pike Elementary, and six (6) at the Indiana Area Senior High School. All twenty-seven positive cases will be attributed to the District’s 14-day rolling average. The Department of Health (DOH) worked with the school nurses and administration and concluded that zero (0) additional students/staff members are required to be quarantined. Any questions regarding quarantines should be directed to the Department of Health at 1-877-PA-HEALTH (1-877-724-3258).
I want to personally thank you all again for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work through this pandemic.
