PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE DAY

Dear Parents/Guardians:
The Indiana Area Schools are scheduling conferences with parents as a regular part of the procedure for reporting student progress. Conferences are 1:1, fifteen minute sessions. We sincerely hope that you will find it convenient to take advantage of this opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with his/her teachers.
Please check your child’s schedule for teacher names, and call Suzanne Ramsey in the Jr. High Guidance Office at (724) 463-9718 to set up your conference times. We ask that you respond by February 12, so that we may finalize our schedules and our teachers can best prepare to meet with you.
If you find that you are unable to schedule a conference on this day, you are invited to arrange to meet with the teachers during the regular school day, preferably from 2:40 – 3:20 PM, or at a time that is mutually convenient. In any case, we look forward to meeting with you for the benefit of your child.
