What: Get a quick “peek” at IJHS before the 1st day of school!
When: Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM
Who: All 6th graders, as well as NEW 7th and 8th graders
Where: Students should enter through the main entrance on 5th Street.
Your child will have to opportunity to…
* Go over Homeroom procedures.
* Follow their Day 1 schedule and see where their rooms are located.
* Be provided their locker combination and have the chance to practice opening the locker.
* Find the location of their bus stop and go through the after-school dismissal/bus pick-up procedure.
Parents may drop off their child at the main entrance between 12:50-1:00 PM.
STUDENTS SHOULD NOT PLAN TO ARRIVE UNTIL 12:50 PM!
We advise that you clarify pickup arrangements with your child prior to dropping them off. Students will be dismissed from the main/5th St. entrance.
